Every graduating class at Klick is a reminder of why the school exists — not to hand out certificates, but to put people to work in careers they actually wanted. Klick has now trained more than 1,200 graduates across its Mexico and CMC Michael campuses, and this year's class adds to a growing community of working photographers, editors, designers, and 3D artists across Addis Ababa.
Rather than talk in the abstract, here's where a handful of real Klick graduates are today.
1. Hanna Tesfaye — Wedding Photography
Hanna trained in Klick's Photography & Cinematography course and now runs a wedding photography business. In her own words: Klick taught her to see light differently — within six months of graduating, she was booked every weekend.
2. Dawit Mekonnen — Editing
Dawit came into Klick's Video Editing course knowing nothing about timelines. He now cuts commercials professionally at a production house — work he describes as being for brands he grew up watching on television.
3. Selam Abebe — Brand Design
Selam trained in Graphic Design and now works as a brand designer. She credits her instructors for treating student projects with the same standard as real client work — a habit she says changed how she approaches every project since.
4. Yonas Girma — Motion Design
Yonas studied Motion Design at Klick. The day his first animated logo aired on television, he sent his instructor a screenshot — a full-circle moment he still talks about.
5. Mahlet Bekele — Content Creation
Mahlet trained in Klick's Content Creation course and has since built a following of 120,000. Her approach, shaped by her training: content creation isn't just about the camera — it's about understanding the audience on the other side of it.
6. Bereket Alemu — 3D Art
Bereket learned 3D design in Klick's Blender 3D course. He went from his first donut render — a classic Blender beginner exercise — to paid architectural visualization work in under a year.
7. What's Next for the Klick Community
Six stories, six different fields, one shared starting point — the same classrooms in Mexico and CMC Michael.
